• Working closely with the business managers for assessing the business case for any client opportunity, needs understanding and preparing a pitch on the proposed offering. • Pre-sales consulting and establishing excellent relationship with customers – ability to give presentations and demos on the solution , ability to provide consulting to the client on different aspects of the product/ implementation issues/ methodologies/ value propositions/ CSF etc. • Articulate value propositions to the client. • Understanding and responding to client expectations in terms of business requirements, solution readiness, commercial engagement model! . • Close interaction with the operations and technical teams to ensure delivery of technical proposals/solution architecture/effort estimates as per agreed timelines. • Complete proposal preparation and production as well as Author for key sections such as Statement of Work. |
